Midlife can feel like a quiet unraveling—or a loud awakening. The roles you’ve long carried—parent, caregiver, achiever—no longer define you as they once did. You may feel grief, confusion, freedom, fear, or even a stirring curiosity. This chapter is unlike any that came before. Emotionally, mentally, hormonally, sexually, spiritually, physically—everything begins to shift. It’s a labyrinth of change, and no two maps are the same. While it can feel deeply isolating, I want you to know you don’t have to walk through it alone. I work with women and men navigating midlife transitions who find themselves asking, Who am I now?
While midlife is where I most often work, I also support those in their 20s and 30s who are navigating transformations of their own—choosing careers, forming partnerships, wondering about becoming parents, or facing other complex challenges these seasons bring.
