About
I believe in creating an open, safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate therapeutic environment that is informed by structure to help you make the changes necessary to build the life that you want. I also believe in an equally kind and direct stylistic approach, coupled with a strong emphasis on collaboration. In our work together, I will provide you with scientifically studied tools to help move you in the direction you wish to go. That is why I practice mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing (MI), cognitive-behavioral therapies (CBT), eye-movement, desensitization, and reprocessing (EMDR).
My goal as your Licensed Professional Counselor is to provide the highest level of individualized care to improve quality of life by supporting all pathways to recovery. Working alongside our Psychiatrists, Peer Support Specialists, and Therapeutic Team we work to form a comprehensive plan to support your long term success.
At our Maryland Heights and Kansas City-North locations, we understand that service is part of care and maintain a culture of accessibility, responsiveness, compassion, and adaptability. Call us to see how we can help you in your long term recovery from Substance and Alcohol Use Disorders and Behavioral Health needs.
