My role is to support, guide, and calmly trust the unfolding process. I am passionate about the process of therapy, and honored to witness the awakening of trust as fear is transformed, faith is renewed, and energy is enhanced to create abundant health.
I have specific training to address RECENT TRAUMATIC EPISODES, COMPLEX PTSD, and ACUTE STRESS DISORDER. Trauma is transformed through EMDR and Somatic Experiencing. Trauma results in blocked energy, anxiety, depression, and/or addictions.. Energy Psychology allows clients to activate their healing potential, opening the pathway to new perceptions.
My practice is small, allowing time for quality versus quantity. After 21 years as a therapist on the Oregon Coast, I am happy to say that I will never leave this area and am able to maintain a consistent presence as a resource for people over a long span of time.
