With over a decade of therapeutic experience utilizing an integrative and holistic approach to healing, I am skilled at supporting individuals and families who are struggling with life transitions, emotional and energetic imbalances, low self-esteem, trauma, and energetic sensitivities often identified as being an "empath".

Weekly Meditation & Energy Healing Events
Every Wednesday at 7PM a group of like-minded spiritual seekers gather to engage in a guided meditation and energy healing event at NBHT. Each week the topic/theme of the meditation changes and one can expect to participate in spiritual practices and ritual such as honoring the energies of the new/full moon.
