I provide mental health assessment, treatment planning, individual, family and group counseling to those who reside in the Texas area via telehealth/virtual services. My ideal client is someone who is motivated to reflect on their life, improve their understanding of their difficulties, and will work to identify ways to make important life changes. I enjoy working with children, adults, and families who want to improve their life and relationships. I specialize in working with clients on issues related to life transitions, relationships, family stress, self-esteem, and life satisfaction.
I work with clients to understand stressors, increase self-awareness, enhance coping skills, and recognize their own strengths. I utilize a relational and strength-based approach when working with clients. I am a compassionate and thoughtful clinician who values my relationship and work with clients to actively solve their problems through CBT.
I am a U.S. Army veteran that believes that therapy is a gift you give yourself that can help you find the joy and fulfillment in your life again. Therapy provides a space for you to better understand yourself and your relationships.
