I am a graduate from the University of Pittsburgh with a MSW. Also, a Certified Life coach from Coach Training Alliance. My focus includes issues related to: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma- (Racial, PTSD, Generational ) Childhood Behavior Issues, Anger Management, Family Dynamics, ADHD, & Couples Therapy.
We will work together in developing the proper treatment plan to address your specific needs to move you through a successful therapeutic process. Offering In person office hours and Tele- Mental Health ( video sessions on a secured HIPPA compliant platform) Psychotherapy services .Accepting Insurance plans, Employee Assistance Program and private pay!

Parenting Made Easier
Has Co- Parenting, Step-Parenting, or SingleParenting been a challange? Does communicating with your teen have you stressed? We use the AJNG model of intervention, based on an educational and CBT approach. In this group you will learn 10 effective tools for better parenting! Journey of Healing
Let us hold space for you to process through emotional hurt and pain. This group will provide Psychoeduation and an emotionally safe space to process through complex trauma/childhood trauma. We invite you to our group to start your healing journey! CBT, Theraplay , Psychodrama, and Brainspotting will be the modalities used in group sessions. The group is weekly for 4 weeks.
