I provide individualized & solution-oriented clinical therapies in a caring, safe, supportive & nurturing environment. Additionally, I utilize TF-CBT and am a trained Phase I Brain Spotting Practitioner. Together, we work to achieve the best version of you. Prior to therapy many of my clients struggle with uncomfortable symptoms which isn't something to fear but rather an invitation for positive change. Recovery and personal empowerment are central to the therapy provided.
I genuinely care about clients and believe my personalized style shows through. I not only care about where you are at currently but the best version of yourself and how you can empower yourself to achieve your treatment plan goals. I work both in-person and via telehealth with Children, Teens, Women, New Mothers and Couples.
Additionally, I utilize "walk & talk" therapy and can meet you at your favorite local walking trail. This allows for walking at your pace while you participate in your session. Clients are encouraged to literally and figuratively move forward with changes that benefit them.
