Seeking therapy can intimidating, but tackling the stress that our home lives brings us alone is a difficult task. I understand that therapy is a unique and occasionally awkward experience so I want to tackle this process with my clients with honesty and humor. Hello and thank you for coming to my website. I offer Telehealth in CA, NV HI and OR. My goal is to help people achieve a state of feeling less plagued by anxiety and depression, calmer, less plagued by negative thinking, less triggered, less encumbered by overwhelming emotions and more hopeful of achieving their dreams. My method of therapy is less talk therapy and more focused on healing body, mind and spirit. I am also a yoga informed certified yoga teacher and level two Reiki practitioner. I accept insurance through Headway Behavioral Health.

I am particularly interested in clients that are open to cultivating the garden of their life. Our life can represent a garden; in any garden there are beautiful flowers and unfortunately there are thorns and thistles. My client must be willing to smell the aroma of the flowers as we travel through the thorns and thistles of the garden life also.
