I believe in healing the whole person. There are many factors that shape who we are and affect our understanding of ourselves and our environment. I believe in working with my client to work through these factors to reach true acceptance of one self. My specialties include Depression, Anxiety, Relationship Issues and Codependency. We are all unique, in our personalities and in the way we process our emotions and environment. Therefore, I focus on building unique relationships with my clients to work towards self-acceptance, self-love, and self-worth.
Although I may modify my therapeutic approach based on my client's needs, I primarily work with the psychodynamic framework through a strength-based lens. I focus on empowering my clients to look on inner strength to find self-fulfillment.
Creating a safe, non-judgmental, and welcoming space is essential to my practice. I don't believe in fixing my clients. I believe in facing pain and suffering head on and work on self-acceptance. I hope to be able to share this journey with you.
