My clinical work addresses concerns with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and ADHD through meditative practices and technology-based interventions. We have identified a method to match a person's therapy goals to specific styles of meditation. Through an assessment of symptoms and brain wave patterns, we can teach clients how to retrain their brain for symptom relief and peak performance. You can begin this process by taking the NeuroMeditation Styles Inventory and discovering which meditation style(s) match your goals and needs. Take the survey at: www.neuromeditationinstitute.com/NMSI.

I have devoted my career to exploring and teaching about the integration of mind, body, and spirit. I have trained extensively in both ancient and modern healing practices including Neurotherapy, Qigong, Energy Psychology, & Meditation. I strive to blend the science and practice of meditation for mental health.

Specific therapeutic modalities utilized include mindfulness and meditation practices combined with a variety of technology based strategies, including Neurofeedback, Audio Visual Entrainment, Photobiomodulation, Vibroacoustics, and Heart Rate Variability Biofeedback (HRV).

NeuroMeditation Institute's Groups

NeuroMeditation Institute

The NeuroMeditation Institute examines meditation in a very practical way. How can we use meditation to help us function more effectively? To address mental health issues? To achieve our goals? Since various meditation practices effect the brain and nervous system quite differently, we can now identify which practices are better suited for specific needs or mental health concerns. We believe that matching meditation styles in this way makes the practices more accessible and easier to learn. We provide classes, training, mentoring, and clinical service in the theory, process and methods of NeuroMeditation.
