In this Imaginal, Creative Arts Therapy container we work from a somatic, attachment orientation to identify the unconscious patterns and sticking places in your psychology. Many of my clients come feeling lost or adrift, without momentum or clarity, numb or overwhelmed and scattered, dealing with grief, loss, life change or at a loss about how to feel better in their life, work or relationships. Your deeply personal images and stories are encouraged to arise here so we can more deeply understand what has happened in your life, holding this with care and respect, building a growing sense of safety.
With consistent work we build a relational, image rich and more deeply embodied container for your psyche or soul to be heard. We work to put the nervous system at ease, a skill clients develop. The work invites greater embodied mindfulness, builds self awareness, confidence, the ability to see personal patterns, set boundaries, say yes and no and mean it.
From this new resourced place we examine how old patterns play out in your healing process as new ways of being come into form. In time a new story forms…creating a symphony of soul centered ways forward, unique to what matters most to you and your personal psyche’s desires, brought to life through your inner work. If this sparks you text for a free consult.

Working together may include using art materials to explore and express, I am always listening for your inner imagery. Talking together is one way to hear your stories, I am also extensively trained in Authentic Movement and mindful movement practices as a way to bypass cognitive mind and deepen the work. Shifting between modalities is powerful medicine, and sometime talk feels best. We follow you
