I work with adults, couples, and senior adults. Some of the issues we can address are: PTSD, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, aging, separation, divorce, grief, infertility, and dissociative disorders. I have completed advanced training qualifications and consultation and am a CERTIFIED EMDR therapist.
Everyone deals with mental health issues at some time or another. You control your mental wellness. I have vast experience with 12-step programming. I am holding post-treatment groups packaged with individual therapy sessions. I am CERTIFIED in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
