As faculty of the Bowen Center for the Study of the Family in Wash, DC, I research and teach about family patterns, like relationship triangles, anxiety, and how to take a well-boundaried "I-position" ("this is what I think; this is what I will do; this is what I won't do."). I companion people ready to sit in the driver's seat of their own lives.
