I want you to feel that you can tell me your deepest darkest thoughts and find that sometimes the best work comes when you are faced with things that make you uncomfortable.
I am a firm believer in meeting the client where they are. I graduated with an MSW from USC and am certified in Neurofeedback (BCIA). I use Motivational Interviewing & Problem Solving Therapy and have a background in Jungian thinking. I often find the focus of therapy moves toward attachment & cycles around core wounds.
