I work primarily with adults who are neurodivergent (have a diagnosis or suspected ADHD, Autism, or another IDD diagnosis), to support health and wellbeing. I also work with family members to provide partner, parent/caregiver and sibling supports, and individual psychotherapy, My expertise and training are in the field of Autism, ADHD, and IDD.
Life can be hard and full of ups and downs, and getting the support you need as a neurodivergent person can be hard.
