As a neurodivergent therapist with lived experience, I offer practical tools to help you start living your best life. I collaborate with clients to build customized executive functioning tools, manage dysregulation and rejection sensitivity, and move beyond perfectionism and fear-based patterns. My approach is strength-based, structured, and centered on personalized skills, integrating DBT tools for emotional regulation and coping. I work with adults with ADHD, autism, anxiety, and OCD through a neurodivergent-affirming lens, and offer specialized parenting support.

I specialize in ADHD, AuDHD, Autism, and anxiety, with a deep understanding of how they intersect. As a neurodivergent therapist and educator, I bring unique insight into how each brain learns and builds new skills. I integrate DBT tools to support emotional regulation, executive functioning, and lasting change.

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to have it all figured out. Each session is your time—whether you need to problem-solve, learn practical skills, or talk things through out loud. We’ll focus on what works for you and support real, meaningful progress.
