I have over 7 years of specialized experience and training assisting others to move past trauma and anxiety, including veterans, law enforcement, and firefighters.
I specialize in evidence-based interventions to help adults improve their quality of life. You will be empowered with empirically validated skills before leaving our first session together, while we collaboratively take into consideration your identity, values, and goals.
