I have treated people with eating disorders for the past 30 years. I work well with Trauma, Sexual Abuse, Depression, Anxiety, Co-Dependency, and Grief. I provide evaluations and treatment for ADHD. I will assist you in exploring your areas of distress and help you develop the coping skills necessary to achieve more self-acceptance.

My ideal clients are individuals with autism, intellectual disabilities, or other developmental disabilities seeking support in managing challenging behaviors and developing new skills. They encounter difficulties in communication, social interactions, and daily tasks. They require guidance, structure, and strategies to navigate their environment successfully. Their goals encompass improving social skills, increasing independence, and reducing problem behaviors. Our clients range in ages between 25 and 75. Their needs are varied but so are our services. Except for age, we do not limit ourselves to a particular niche of service. We provide help for over 200 presenting issues. From Addiction to Writers' Block and everything in between. The majority of our clients come to us for smoking cessation, weight loss, generalized anxiety and depression, trauma, relationship issues, OCD, ADHD and ADD.
