I have a very direct approach- with over 30 years of experience- guiding individuals and couples toward self-empowerment and healing. The primary focus of my practice is on short term interventions and personal growth. I am accepting new clients for interventions ranging from 3-12 sessions.
I use a very powerful personal growth and insight-based instrument called MARI. In 1-3 sessions, you can gain insights and empowerment that could take months in a traditional counseling process.
I appreciate the struggles of clients with addictions and chronic mental health diagnosis (Bipolar, PTSD, and chronic depressions). For those individuals, I offer two sessions for the insights they can gain from a MARI with referrals for ongoing counseling to colleagues that can better meet their long-term needs.
