I take a simple approach to therapy. My mission is to provide a safe and non judgmental space where we can explore and learn about those issues that may be keeping you from living your best life. I enjoy using a Gestalt model of interaction that says that however we show up in the present moment contains valuable information about the way we do our lives so we don't need to dwell on our past or harp on the way we think. This journey is all about the heart and the way we feel our way through life.
Every person has an adult/child ratio that dominates the way we function. The more a person can utilize their adult persona the healthier their communications will be and the greater their chances for success. My work is to help you learn about that child self and how to grow him/her up.
In addition to my Masters Degree In Counseling I am certified in One-Brain Work, N.L.P. and other mind-body approaches to healing. My ideal client wants to achieve maximum peace and wholeness.
