My primary emphasis is helping men, young adults and teens/older children with the issues they face. Besides counseling, I also have experience leading men in my local church and university. My work with teens in public school, drug rehabilitation and church settings enables me to help parents and their children as they navigate the challenges of adolescence.

Sometimes when you're facing overwhelming life events, new and confusing diagnosis, feeling sad, anxious, or frustrated with life It can be difficult to navigate through these emotions trying to stay positive or feel of confident. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas, and I received my Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from UT Southwestern, graduating in 2016. I have experience as a crisis counselor for the community helping children, teens, and adults experiencing suicidal/homicidal ideation. In private practice, I assist individuals suffering from a variety of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, PTSD, life adjustment issues, personality disorders, and various family issues.
