I provide individual therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, addiction recovery, mood regulation, and life transitions. Using evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and substance use counseling, I help clients develop practical tools, increase self-awareness, and work toward meaningful personal growth.
