
This workshop provides you with tools and techniques to reduce stress and encourage mindful resting, eating, and incorporate a conscious approach in your daily routine. "Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way; in the present moment; and non judgmentally" (Dr. Jon Kabat-Zin). This workshop can be lead in English or Hebrew, with a small group at home or in the work place. There is no need for any experience. The workshop builds of introduction meeting.
