Life is complicated. Many of the challenges we face in adulthood intersect with unresolved experiences from our upbringing, shaping how we relate to ourselves and others. Therapy offers a safe and supportive space to explore both the present and the past, helping us identify patterns, gain insight, and move through life’s transitions and relationships with greater clarity. I work with adults and couples who feel weighed down by experiences and relationships that no longer serve them, as well as those who seek deeper self-understanding and meaningful change.
In a polarized world, I insist on nuance and complexity. Through empathy, deep listening, and thoughtful exploration, we work toward insight that leads to real, noticeable shifts in mental health and in relationships. My primary orientation is psychodynamic, informed by mindfulness practices, family systems theory, and my background in cultural anthropology.
I work with grief, stress, anxiety, trauma, immigration and relocation, relationship concerns, and LGBTQ+ and couples/family issues. I also offer mediation—please inquire via email.
