I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist/Counselor that has been working since 2016 with a variety of clients dealing with Depression, Anxiety, Panic, Bipolar, Sleep Disorders, ADHD, Moderate to Severe Mental Illness, Substance Abuse, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Maladaptive Child Behaviors, and Trauma. I also provide behavioral parent training to parents with children who struggle with ADHD and Oppositional Defiance.
Many therapists like to focus solely on the diagnosis, and although this is important, my approach is different in that I like to focus on addressing the needs and problems that my clients are facing and creating effective treatment plan goals to resolve those problems and needs.
I like to focus on the strengths of my clients and parents, because although things might be hard at times, we all have unique strengths and abilities that we can utilize to overcome our challenges.
