I work well with clients who have experienced complex traumas, relationship concerns, struggle with anxiety or identity development, or who are processing many forms of grief. In my practice, I work with clients to hold a mirror, to provide a safe and liberating space to process intense emotions and experiences, to embody compassion, and to embolden hope and agency.
I specialize in trauma-informed and culturally-sensitive practice, often incorporating somatic and mindfulness exercises to facilitate heart-mind-body healing. My clients have reported experiencing somatic reintegration, processing and externalizing shame, understanding themselves better, and feeling more steadily able to navigate life's torrents.
