I specialize in helping individuals with anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. I use evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). When requested by the client, I can incorporate Christian faith into the therapeutic process in a respectful, client-directed way.
In our first session, we’ll get to know each other, talk about what brings you in, and explore your goals. I’ll ask questions to understand your story, but it’s really just a conversation—no therapy clichés, no endless “how does that make you feel?” loop, and no pressure to have everything figured out right away.
