Learn and discuss healthy coping skills to manage Depression and Anxiety during the Winter months and Holidays that can take you through the entire year!Sessions will not only include informal discussions but also video presentations, music, grounding techniques, possible book readings and will tie in our Black Culture to mental health! Occurs every 2 weeks beginning October 5th,2022 until December 14th,2022 at 6:30pm. Each session will meet virtually! In order to participate in this group you must enroll in the full program.
