Black Women Depression and Anxiety Support Group
Learn and discuss healthy coping skills to manage Depression and Anxiety during the Winter months and Holidays that can take you through the entire year!Sessions will not only include informal discussions but also video presentations, music, grounding techniques, possible book readings and will tie in our Black Culture to mental health! Occurs every 2 weeks beginning October 5th,2022 until December 14th,2022 at 6:30pm. Each session will meet virtually! In order to participate in this group you must enroll in the full program.

We are here for our Educators and Front Line Workers! Partner with BGC in order to provide a safe space for your employees. During our personalized sessions you and your employees will learn realistic Self care tips for managing stress, Psycho-education regarding stress, Depression and Anxiety. Also discussions on what REALLY helps and what staff may be going through as well as managing Anxiety during COVID and returning to work. These sessions can occur one time or on a consistent basis.
