Over the course of our journey in life, we are likely to encounter struggles that may lead to stress, anxiety, depression, and perhaps a lack of confidence in one's self. Drawing from different theories and modalities, together we create a treatment plan that is right for you. I also provide a dog friendly space if you would like him/her to accompany you to session.
I am certified in Brainspotting and have experience working with survivors of violence. Trauma can lead to feelings and emotions amongst other experiences, that are hard to understand, overcome, and regulate. Together we can work on processing the pain and finding coping strategies that work for you.
I am here to be present and go on this journey along side you. You do not have to do it alone. I am currently available for in person appointments as well as online if that is your preference.
