I work with individuals who are looking to slow down, turn inward, and deepen their understanding of themselves. My approach is collaborative and exploratory, meaning we work together at your pace, following what feels most alive and relevant for you in the moment.
I draw primarily from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic, mindfulness-based practices. IFS helps us get curious about the different parts of you: the ones that protect, the ones that hurt, and the ones that have been waiting to be heard. Somatic work brings attention to what your body is holding, because healing isn't just a mental process.
Therapy with me is a space where there's no pressure to have the right words or the right answers. Curiosity is welcome. Messiness is welcome. You are welcome, exactly as you are.
