In a session together we will shift feelings of overwhelmed, stress and any adjustment, transition concerns with tenderness, and engaged compassion. We are present with your range of emotions, in an open, curious, empathetic expansive space and we aim to tap into your innate wisdom through insight, humor and joy; and if need be actionable steps. I hope that each session will be restorative, empowering, insightful and powerful in aiding you to identify your values and integrating them organically in your life. I also offer brief/time-limited/1-3 sessions if that is your need.
As a relational therapist that is clinical minded and spiritually-informed , I am aware of the various factors that may have an impact on you. I share universal stories and purposefully disclose, with the intent to help you navigate what you are going through in life, together. I use a variety of approaches in the sessions as not one size fits all.
I tend to work with introverted, highly sensitive persons with a history of social anxiety,. Also have worked with many professionals with clutter issues. I thoroughly enjoy working with you to establish better interdependent relations, enhance effective communication style; as well as maintain heathier boundaries with work, family, friends and partner.
