Why are so many of us afraid to face challenges? Fear often holds us hostage in our own minds. The most interesting part about fear is that it does not exist outside of us. We create it. That which we create we can also destroy. I work with a vast array of individuals who have experiences and barriers they want to overcome. I coached adolescents for over a decade and currently work with the elderly. I find satisfaction in working with challenging circumstances. I thoroughly enjoy connecting with kids, adolescents, and adults both young or old. My goal is to awaken potential. It's time for you to lay hold of your destiny.
I offer unique counseling that involves a mixture of active listening, mentoring, coaching and inspiring clients to be the best version of themselves. I have found great success meeting outside, in comfortable environments or even at a home. Some of the best sessions are created by walking and talking while taking full advantage of beautiful weather.

Drugs and Alcohol Group
This group is for anyone who is challenged by an addiction to drugs or alcohol. It is semi structured and has therapeutic roots. The attendees lead the group while I facilitate. The main tenants of the group are healing, exploratory and educational. The groups are $50 per person with a max of 10 participants and a minimum of 3. The group sessions are 75min.
