I love to support my clients as I help them uncover the self-compassion they need to truly heal and grow. I work together with clients in clarifying their goals and hopes and I meet them where they are now and find out where they want to be. I specialize with work stress, communication struggles, relationships, loss and grief, substance abuse and addiction, anxiety, health issues, infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, caregiver fatigue, and life changes. I provide therapy in both English and/or Russian.

My experience extends 13+ years as a Mental Health Counselor in Tampa Bay and I provide a warm and supportive therapeutic environment virtually and in person. As a culturally sensitive therapist I believe in honoring each individual's unique strengths and connections that shape their lives. My approach is client-centered empowering and supporting resilience.
