I view every client as a complex, multidimensional and ever-changing cultural being and provide services that are in line with this philosophy. Majority of the techniques used in my practice stem from a cognitive behavioral philosophy, however, I may also utilize concepts from solutions-focused, dialectical-behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing.
