To name a few, my approach is eclectic applying person-centered, Rational Emotive behavior therapy, Trauma focus, strength base approach, cognitive behavioral, and Dialectical behavior therapy.
A graduate from UCONN, and working over 25 years in a clinical behavioral health setting provided me with the knowledge and skill set to help others reach their goals.
