College is a challenging time for students, filled with obstacles and exciting opportunities. All these changes can be overwhelming, but support is available. I take a strengths-based approach to helping students build skills and discover their resilience. As an experienced mental health clinician, school counselor, and college tutor, I help students with a variety of concerns and can provide dynamic services to meet the ever-changing demands of college life and K-12 life transitions. I can meet via telehealth or at my St. Johnsbury office.

I specialize in working with students to address anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, ADHD, executive functioning, and various other concerns. Much of my therapeutic approach is based on advanced training in DBT, Grief, academics, and an appreciation of neurodivergence.
