My practice includes a patient-centered approach, meeting clients where they are to co-create healing together. This includes processing trauma, self-reflection, and working towards building resilience in day to day life. My therapeutic approach provides a nurturing space utilizing a diverse set of clinical skills. I integrate somatic and cognitive-based therapies with mindfulness and breathwork, IFS therapy, biofeedback training, spirituality, movement, nutrition, and other self-care tools. I also offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and integration support.
