Neil Lam, MA, LMFT, Marriage & Family Therapist in Los Angeles
I believe therapy is a process in which people nurture their strengths and understand the experiences that have shaped their lives. Together we reach greater clarity as we explore the thoughts that bring us joy and the triggers that cause us pain, sadness, and anxiety. With over 10 years of experience working in community mental health, I have helped people who live with mental illnesses such as depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, PTSD, and bipolar disorder to live fuller and happy lives. I have also worked as clinical supervisor and Assistant Director for a community based organization the serves emotionally disturbed youths.
In my work I provide a safe space where you will feel supported and understood. Together we can create a new narrative and develop the confidence and tools needed to make powerful changes. I look forward in working with you as you actively engage the next stage of your life.
Please feel free to give me a call for a free consultation. I know finding the right fit is very important, and as much as I would like to be the one who accompanies you on your journey, I could provide referrals to other therapist who may help.
