I work with clients through a relational approach to therapy using techniques from Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method. We will enrich the quality of your relationships through self expression and normalizing your emotions.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) with over 20 years of experience guiding clients toward depth and quality of relationships. With my background in performance and holistic care, your time in therapy should not only be healing and restorative, but also for building resilience and restoring passion.
