As such, it is important to me that I bring an intersectional, anti-racist, and LGBTQIA+ affirming lens to therapy. I believe that our early significant relationships in addition to threatening situations can create parts of us that while well intentioned, can contribute to challenges we experience in the present. I value using evidence-based approaches backed by scientific literature when working with my clients such as IFS, EFT, CBT, and DBT.
