About
If you or a loved one are experiencing changes in memory, attention and concentration or have changes in thinking due to aging, I can help. Conditions such as dementia, ADHD, Multiple Sclerosis and brain injury can cause difficulties with cognition. My goal as a Neuropsychologist is to help clients achieve optimal mental and cognitive health and assist them in coming back to wholeness in a new way. This includes working with those who are experiencing stress or trauma within their life, medical challenges, and cognitive changes secondary to aging and/or neurological conditions.
I also work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and changes in mood related to life events to find a state of equilibrium and support as they pass through difficult times. My clients want to be their best self, whether it be living with dementia or learning stress management skills.
I am fluent in English and Gujarati and offer assessment and psychotherapy services in both languages. I love helping people better understand how their way of thinking effects their life and their relationships with others. I aim to help improve quality of life by meeting you where you are and walking with you to where you want to be.
