I am a Registered Psychological Associate who works with adolescents and adults who feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in painful relationship patterns, or uncertain about who they are and how they want to move forward. Many have histories of complex or developmental trauma and struggle with intense emotions, mood or anxiety symptoms, self-harm behaviors, or borderline personality traits. They are often seeking greater emotional stability, healthier relationships, and a clearer sense of self, even if they are unsure where to begin.
I specialize in trauma, emotion regulation, and personality pathology, using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches such as DBT and CPT. I work collaboratively to help clients build insight, emotional stability, and healthier relationships. I also offer psychological and neuropsychological testing to clarify diagnoses such as ADHD and Autism.
