Are you frustrated because you feel misunderstood or judged? Does it seem like you struggle to prioritize your goals or responsibilities? Need someone to hold you accountable and help you see things from a different perspective? Do you think that you could benefit from having a better bond with your child or teen? Does your child/teen seem to be ungovernable and unwilling to follow rules or just lost in their way? Have you tried countless strategies to control your anxiety or manage your depression? Hoping to learn more about you and your partner's strengths and growth areas and how they impact your relationship?
I provide mental and behavioral support to children, teens, and adults (single, engaged, and married), however there is a waitlist for children and teens. Identifying strengths, enhancing skill-sets, providing reasonable coping and calming skills is just a small portion of how I can assist you in your journey to a better quality of life.
Seeking help can be extremely uncomfortable, but I assure you, your well-being and comfort are among my top priorities. I happily welcome you to invest in yourself and call for a free phone consultation. You are worth it!
