Greetings, my name is Nefertitti Towns-Scott M.S.W., L.C.S.W. I am the co -owner of Creative Healing Counseling and Wellness Center, LLC in Union, New Jersey. My approach to therapy is integrative. I use techniques that involve Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Play Therapy, and Solution- Focused Therapy. I work with each client to assist them in identifying their strengths and weaknesses. My goal is to assist individuals with finding the balance in life and identify ways to maintain the balance.
I assist my clients with understanding the therapeutic process so we can work together to identify appropriate treatment goals and develop a plan to accomplish those goals. I use various techniques and strategies to personalize each client's treatment plan. Life constantly changes and creates opportunities for us to become better human beings.
I enjoy working with individuals and providing guidance and support as they navigate through life's changes and challenges. My treatment specialization includes Individual Counseling, Family Counseling, Child and Adolescent Counseling, Anxiety, ADHD, Grief Counseling, Work and Career Challenges, and Stress Management.
