I have a unique way of understanding and learning about people. I can be a listening ear, or I can be there to help guide you through some difficult life paths. I have experience working with people who have ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, and Borderline Personality Disorder.
I am trained in trauma-informed care, domestic violence, sexual assault, DBT, CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Exposure Therapy. I provide counseling to youth, starting at age 13 and young adults up to age 25. I identify as queer and have worked within the queer services. I'm open and comfortable with having conversations around sex, gender, and sexuality.
