I offer a warm, affirming space for teens and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD and other neurodivergence, trauma, identity exploration, and the messy realities of growing up (at any age). My approach is supportive, culturally responsive, and sprinkled with humor—because sometimes laughing is coping. Bring your whole self; we’ll sort through things together.
In therapy, we’ll explore what’s happening in your life, get curious about patterns, and build skills that help you feel more grounded, empowered, and capable. I use trauma-informed, neurodivergence-affirming care with mindfulness and insight-oriented approaches. Therapy with me is collaborative, validating, and very human.
