This group is directed towards anyone who has suffered and/ or is in recovery from narcissistic abuse or is still in a relationship that they are wanting navigation to leave. This group is a combination of processing personal experiences and psycho-education around co-dependency, Narcissistic Personality Disorder/ and or Borderline Personality disorder, and interventions aimed to gain a healthy livelihood back.
