I enjoy working with women navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and maternal mental health, as well as couples looking to strengthen their relationship.
I primarily use Narrative Therapy, which means I believe you are much more than the challenges you're facing. Together, we'll explore new perspectives and work toward a life that feels more aligned with your values, your relationships, and the person you want to become.
