Welcome!
As a parent, you want your child to feel confident, capable, and resilient, but sometimes life’s challenges can make that difficult. Children often don’t yet have the words to explain what they’re going through, which can leave both them and you feeling stuck. That’s where play therapy can help.
Through Child-Centered Play Therapy, I provide a safe and supportive space where your child can express themselves, work through challenges, and discover new ways of coping. The end result is an improvement in confidence, emotional regulation, problem-solving skills, and ways of relating to others.
Parents are an important part of this process. I work collaboratively with families, keeping you informed and involved so that the growth your child experiences in the playroom can carry over into home, school, and daily life. Together, we can help your child move from feeling overwhelmed to empowered.
